Choose between Dibs Easy and Swish. With Dibs Easy you can pay by invoice or card. Companies that previously bought from us can also pay against invoice.
Ordering
When ordering, an order acknowledgment is sent by e-mail.
Freight
For private customers, the shipping cost depends on country. Corporate customers are charged freight costs based on weight, but also have the option to choose recipient freight. Both private and corporate customers are offered to pick up the order free of charge.
Delivery
For private customers, the goods are delivered to the nearest drop-off point connected to DHL or, alternatively, the package is picked up at Dpower AB in Kungsbacka. For info on where the nearest drop-off point is, go to www.dhl.com. Notification takes place via SMS or e-mail when the goods have arrived.
For corporate customers the goods are delivered by DB Schenker.
Delivery normally takes place within 5 working days but can take up to about 2 weeks if the item is out of stock. If you want to make sure that the product is in stock and the stock balance is low, contact us by phone 031-748 62 00.
Guarantee
According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you as a private customer have a right of complaint for 3 years after you have received the goods. Dpower Sweden AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act's complaint right. Note that the right of complaint is not equal to warranty. Unless otherwise stated, warranty on the products is 12 months. For business customers, the Purchase Act applies.
Complaint
If the product is wrong or has you got the wrong product, contact us by phone. We guarantee the return freight for warranty cases or goods delivered by us.
Return Policy
You have 14 days to repent your order in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. This assumes that the product and the product packaging are in unchanged condition, that means unused and not destroyed or damaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods. When a product is returned to us, you as a customer pay the return shipping.
